Four-ball friction and wear testing machine

This machine is primarily used to evaluate the load-carrying capacity of lubricants under extremely high point contact pressure in the form of sliding friction. It includes three key indicators: the maximum non-seizure load (PB), the sintering load (PD), and the comprehensive wear value (ZMZ). The machine can also perform long-term anti-wear tests on lubricants, measure the friction coefficient, and record friction force and temperature curves. Equipped with high-precision measuring devices, it can measure the wear scar dimensions of friction pairs or enable computer screen display, measurement, and recording of friction pair wear scars.
